How long have you been in the photography and video business?

We have been in business over 20 years, with 15 of those years in Chicago. We have hundreds of clients and have been on thousands of photo and video shoots of all different types.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located at 660 West Grand Avenue, Unit 1E, Chicago, IL 60654.

Do you provide video production services?

Yes! We specialize in both photography and video and can meet any of your video needs in terms of both shooting and editing. To see examples of our video services, click here.

Are your photographers and videographers all in-house?

Yes. All of our photography and videography team members work with our company and we do not outsource. We only send our very best photographers and videographers who have many years of experience working with our team.

What is your pricing based on?

Each photo or video shoot we perform is very unique. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including:

  • Length of the shoot
  • How many photographers/videographers will be required
  • Whether you need photo, video, or both
  • The amount of editing that will be involved post-production
  • License or usage requests
  • What types of final product you will need (i.e. digital, print, etc.)
How do I obtain a quote for my important photography or video project?

Please feel free to email us at or give us a call at 312-623-3456 and we’ll be happy to help! We will ask a few questions to get a sense of exactly what types of services you need and how we can best meet or exceed them. Then, we’ll be happy to provide you with a detailed quote.

How do I reserve my shoot date?

Once we send you the quote/contract, please send back to us asap along with the deposit located on the quote. Once both the contract and deposit are received, we will reserve your date(s) and schedule your photographer(s) and/or videographer(s).

How far in advance should I book my shoot?

Although we do our very best to accommodate short-notice requests, we recommend our clients book as far in advance as possible. Booking at least 2 weeks to 1 month in advance can help guarantee we shoot the project on the date of your choosing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. Please note that there is a 4% processing fee when paying by credit card.

How long does it typically take to receive my final images?

That depends on a number of factors, such as what we were shooting, the length of the shoot, whether it’s photos or videos, whether you need digital or print, etc. On most projects, we strive to turn the final photos to you within a week’s time.

How far are you willing to travel for a shoot?

Yes, we are willing to travel for a photo or video shoot. Most projects we work on are within 120 miles of downtown Chicago, but we have travelled to different cities and states on many occasions to work on client projects.

Do you provide every image you capture?

Generally, no, we do not. We go through all of the images to remove duplicates, test photos, and photos that are not in focus or generally not the “best of the best” images. We do this to save you the time of going through dozens, perhaps hundreds of images to select the “best ones” with the clearest focus, best lighting and most usable image. Part of our service to you includes our going through all the photos and sending you the very best final product.

What if I just want the “raw images”?

This is possible as an option, although not recommended as we like to make sure everything we hand over to each client if of the best possible final quality.

Do you do weddings?

Do you provide coverage for hourly and half-day shoots?

Yes, we do. We will work on any photo or video project, large or small, and will work with you to determine what will best meet your needs.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Of course, and we will be happy to provide proof or a certificate of insurance upon request.
